📿 Path of Liberation Levels 1 & 2
⚠️ Participation requirements apply · Please check eligibility before registering
The Path of Liberation is an experiential path of meditation practice, designed for those who wish to practice the Dharma under the guidance of the Venerable Mingyur Rinpoche.
The course covers the most important practices of Tibetan Buddhism and builds upon the foundational teachings of the Joy of Living. It presents a series of meditation methods from the Mahamudra and Dzogchen traditions – methods designed to release the causes of suffering and reveal the luminous awareness underlying all experience.
In the Path of Liberation, all teachings are presented in a gradual, systematic way. The course is divided into five levels, each exploring the union of awareness, compassion, and wisdom – what we call "the nature of mind."
